Top 5 Vacation Rental Hot Spots

Summer is in it's midpoint and this means - it's time to think about the plans for the vacation for those who are fed up with the office routine. The summer is also a hot time for the investors that pump money into recreational objects, because exactly in the summer these bring most profit.

Traditionally, the best beaches are those at the shores of the Indian ocean - the climate is wonderful here, the flora is exotic and the landscapes are astonishing. The leisure infrastructure is also well-developed here. So, this year is again the one, when the islands of the Indian ocean are still at the tops of the touristic ratings.

1. Barbados Vacation Rentals.
The Caribbean - is a place that drives insane everybody that has already been there. There is a special island among the numerous ones in the Caribbean - Barbados. It is famous for it's insane tropical flora and white beaches of coral sand. Largest politicians and businessmen, movie and theater stars are loving this place. Also, one of the most luxurious hotels of the Caribbean is located here - Sandy Lane.

2. Lombok
If you want some silence and peace, you need to visit the Indonesian island Lombok. The five star Oberoi Lombok hotel is located at the north-eastern coast - opposite the tiny coral islands. These are three brothers: Gili Air, Gili Meno и Gili Travangan that are famous for the huge amounts of corals and exotic fishes that are found in these places only. There are only 20 separated luxury villas in the hotel, each 255 square meters large, and 30 bungalows with the area of 100 square meters.

All the dwellings are styled as houses of an Indonesian village, covered by the palm roofs. Each villa has an own garden, a decorative lake, a pool and a summerhouse for dinners. There is also a Royal villa, with huge guest room, two bedrooms and the second bath - right in the garden.

The infrastructure of the island is well-developed - lots of bars and restaurants, fitness-centers and saunas, beauty salons and diving clubs. You won't get bored by the trips to the coral islands.

3. Bali Vacations
This island has two other names - "The islands of the Gods" and "The pearl of the world". These are not just words. A holiday there is one of the most prestigious and expensive. At the South-Western coast of the island in the Jimbaran Bay, The Ritz Carlton five stars hotel is located. This hotel has won several international awards as the best Asian hotel and the best spa-resort. It is a green avalanche of 36 villas, each having 300-400 square meters (depending on the amount of bedrooms) that cascades to the shore.

Each villa has it's own 32 square meters pool and a lake with blossoming lilies. There are 4 restaurants, 3 bars, a spa center and a fitness-center, 2 large pools - one of them with a panoramic view, hanging over the ocean, water slopes and a golf field - and alls this with a view to the ocean.

4. Mauritius.
Mauritius - is the elite holiday. The five-stars Le Saint Geran hotel is located on a private peninsula, washed by the Indian Ocean. This place has been already long ago beloved by the movie directors, actors, royal families. And the island authorities are against the mass touristic traffic. Mauritius is actually the individual approach in the highest class.

There is a Royal Villa in the hotel and it has separate entrance either for walking or for driving in, and the ocean access directly from the bedroom. The visitors are served by a butler, servants and a personal chef-cook, private terrace and marble floors covered by the unique carpets and a cozy pool. It's huge territory offers place for 6 people.

5. Seychelles, Fregate
Fregate is the private territory among the Seychelles in the Indian Ocean. The only island on the hotel is the five stars Fregat Island Private. It has 16 villas, 100 square meters each, situated in the tropical forests.

The Thai silk and Egyptian cotton, wooden finishing and local antiquaries are decorating the cozy houses. The restaurant of the hotel offers dished from the creole and European cuisine. The holiday components here are the bathing in the azure waters of the ocean, the wonderful sand, water sports and coral reefs, granite rocks winded by the tropical plants, exotic fishes and birds.
